Class Sizes:

Our classes are small with an average of 8 children. A maximum of 12 children is allowed in any one class.

Fee Payment:

An enrolment will not be processed unless it is accompanied at least with the deposit. The deposit is not refundable if you change your mind less than 1 week before the start of the term. The balance is due at the first class. Home materials will not be issued if the deposit has not been paid. Fees are prorated when commencing after the start of the term.

Absence:

Please do not bring a sick child to class. If you are unable to attend class due to illness or for any reason then we allow you to attend a class on another day if there is an equivalent available. All make ups must be made during the current term. NO refunds or credits will be given for missed classes.

Videos & Photos:

Due to privacy legislation and with respect to the enjoyment of others in the class we do not allow photographs or video recording without first obtaining permission from all the attendees. Please turn off your mobile phone.

Attendance of Non-Enrolled Siblings:

It is best for all concerned when you can give your full attention to your enrolled child. I am happy for siblings to attend if they are content in a pram or stroller or are happy to join in without disrupting other participants. Young babies are usually fine but if in doubt give me a call to discuss.

Food & Drink:

No food and drink please during the class.
